In September, The HOPE Center provided food for over 10,000 needy people. That number is only expected to rise in the coming months. This is no small task, and the resources of The HOPE Center are strained to its limits. In addition to feeding those in need, The Hope Center provides clothing and furniture, and also serves to help those with emergency needs.
“If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime”… The HOPE Center teaches classes for Computer Skills, along with GED and ESL classes. Our aim is to break the cycle of poverty so that people can "feed themselves for a lifetime".
